I have received a market authorization for alcohol sales. A copy must be provided to SFAM prior to attending market.
-
1. Weekly vendor fees are $25 per week.
2. Due to the evolving Covid-19 situation and limitations on the market, spots can not be gauranteed on a weekly basis.
3. SFAM will prioritize allocation by vendors who commit to the whole season then as spots become available.
4. Vendors who attend must abide by all Covid-19 Safety Guidelines, which will possibly include wearing a mask, no exceptions except as permitted by the Provincial Health Officer or BCCDC. If you have a valid exception, it must be brought to the attention of SFAM prior to attending market. Covid-19 Safety Guidelines will change on short notice and are determined by the Provincial Health Officer, BCCDC, local EHOs and SFAM.
I have read and understand the Vendor Fee and Attendance policies in the Vendor Handbook.
I am committing to being available through the whole season:

Vendors sell at their own risk. Sechelt Farmers’ & Artisans’ Market, it’s Employees and Volunteers, are not responsible for any loss due to shoplifting, breakage, or of any form. Insurance of a Vendor’s property is the responsibility of the Vendor.
Payment of vendor fees is required prior to final acceptance.
By submitting this application I acknowledge that I have read, understand and will adhere to the 2022 Vendor Handbook and Conflict Resolution rules and processes.
